We seal buildings shut. The trapping is how we get there.
Most of what we do now is whole home structural exclusion, attic remediation, ductwork and insulation. Trapping is the part people call about, but sealing the building is the part that ends the problem, and it is where the work has gone as we have grown.
We are owned and operated by E.J. Williams, a permitted Kentucky Wildlife Control Operator. The state keeps a public directory of everybody licensed to do this work commercially, and you can look us up in it rather than taking our word for it. That covers capturing and removing nuisance wildlife: raccoons, groundhogs, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, turtles and plenty more.
Call, text or email any hour. We run emergency service day and night, and if something is loose in the house right now, calling beats waiting on an email.
One thing worth saying plainly, because a lot of folks assume otherwise: we do the repair work too, and we guarantee them, and all of our repair work is guaranteed. Seal the whole house and that is a lifetime limited warranty on the whole house, where we are able to offer it. If the budget means we only close certain spots, the guarantee covers those spots and not the rest, and we will tell you that up front rather than after. Trapping something and driving off while the hole is still open isn't a finished job. We are also fully insured.
Who you get. EJ still answers the phone, and still does a good deal of the work himself. Three supervisors run the projects. They are family or they are old friends, and every one of them was trained by EJ directly, so the job in your attic runs the way he would run it whether or not he is standing in it.
Behind them is a roster of around a dozen, full time and part time, on call through the season. That is what lets us say yes to the big work and still get to the emergency at eleven at night.
What we don't do is dogs and cats, feral or tame. That's animal control.

What we actually do
Live traps, checked regularly, and no poison at any point. What the law allows us to relocate, we relocate.
Mothers and young go together, same day. Orphaned or injured young go to a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
We don't use poison. It's cruel, it's unreliable, and it usually leaves you with a dead animal inside a wall.
What the law allows
Kentucky sets rules on where wildlife can be released, and they are tighter than most people expect. Rabies vector species, raccoons and skunks among them, cannot be moved out of the county they were caught in at all.
Everything we do on relocation sits inside those rules. It is a fair question to put to anybody you are considering, because it is the part of this job nobody volunteers.
