The written agreement is what governs
This website describes the kind of work we do. It is not a contract, not an offer, and not a quote. Anything we actually commit to on your building is set out in the written agreement you sign, and that agreement controls. Where something on this site and something in that agreement do not line up, the agreement is the one that counts.
Nothing here is a price
We do not publish prices, and the one figure we do name, that an inspection starts at $150, is a starting point rather than a final number. What a job costs depends on the building. You get a real figure after somebody has looked at it, in writing.
What we say about the law
Several pages here describe Kentucky and federal wildlife rules: where a rabies vector species can be released, when a bat colony can and cannot be evicted, which birds are federally protected. We write that out because customers ask and because it explains why we do things in a particular order.
It is a plain language summary, accurate to the best of our understanding when it was written, and it is not legal advice. Regulations change, and how they apply depends on the situation. If you need the authoritative version, go to the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources or the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Health information
We describe what animals leave behind, including rabies, histoplasmosis and raccoon roundworm, because it is the reason the cleanup work exists. None of it is medical advice. If you have been bitten or scratched, or you think you have been exposed to something in your attic, call your doctor or the Kentucky Department for Public Health. Do not wait on us.
Photographs and results
Every photograph on this site came off a real job in the Bluegrass. None of it is stock. What none of it is, is a prediction. Two houses with the same animal in the attic can need very different work, and what a picture shows is that job, not yours.
Guarantees
We describe our repair guarantee in general terms on a few pages. The actual terms, including how long it runs, what it covers on your building, and what voids it, live in your signed agreement. A guarantee described on a website is a summary of a promise, not the promise itself.
Scheduling and response times
We answer the phone at odd hours and we come out fast when something is loose in the house. Those are descriptions of how we work, not a guaranteed response time. Weather, the season and how many buildings are already open affect what we can do on a given day.
Links off this site
We link to the state operator directory, to Google, to the CDC and to a few other places. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Changes
We update this site as the work changes. Nothing here is promised to stay the same, and a page you read last year may not say the same thing now.
