What this page covers

This covers the information you send us through this website. It does not cover anything you tell us on the phone, by text, or in person at your house, which we handle the same way any small business handles a customer record.

What the form collects

The request form on this site asks for three things: your name, your cell number, and your ZIP code. It also records which of the questions you picked, so we know what you are hearing and roughly where in the house. That is the whole list. We do not ask for an email address, a street address, or anything to do with payment, and the site takes no payments at all.

Where it goes

When you hit send, an outside form service passes it along to our own inbox, encrypted on the way. It reaches us as an ordinary email. We read it, and we call you back.

We do not sell what you send us, trade it, or hand it to anybody who wants to market to you. We do not run advertising trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Your request sits in our email like any other message. If you become a customer it becomes part of the job file, which we keep, partly because Kentucky requires a permitted wildlife operator to hold service records and produce them on request. If you do not become a customer, ask us and we will delete it.

Photographs

Every photograph on this site was taken by us at a job. We do not publish a customer's name, street address, or anything that identifies whose house it is. If your house is in one of these pictures and you would rather it was not, tell us and we will take it down.

Asking us about your information

Call or text 859-492-6284, or email us, and ask. We will tell you what we have and delete it if you want it gone.
