Animals in your attic? We'll get them out and keep them out.

Humane wildlife removal and full structural exclusion. We remove the animal, then seal every entry point so the problem doesn't come back next season.

Licensed, insured, and serving Lexington and the surrounding Bluegrass. Call, text, or email.
Emergency service, day or night.

A raccoon in a wire live trap on a wooden deck, looking out through the mesh.

Ask whoever you call what happens to the animal after they pull out of your driveway.

We use live traps, we check them every morning, and we never use poison. What the law allows us to relocate, we relocate.

Kentucky is strict about where wildlife can be let go, and stricter still with rabies vector species. Raccoons and skunks among them cannot legally leave the county they were caught in. We work inside those rules, and it is a fair thing to ask about anywhere you call.

Orphaned and injured babies go to a licensed rehabber. Mothers leave with their young, the same day, never separated.

Trapping is the easy part. The repair and the cleanup are the job.

We set the trap right over the hole they are using and mesh off everything else, so the only way out of your house is through it. Then we close every other opening on the building, and then we deal with what they left in your attic. Same crew, same job number, start to finish.

Cornice closed up. Where the roof meets the brick is a standing gap on a lot of older houses. Steel behind, painted to match in front.
Suited up. Roundworm eggs go airborne once you disturb the material. This is not a dust mask job.
Dig barrier going in. Trenched along the whole run, not just at the hole you can see.
It leaves in bags. Sealed, out a window or down a chute, not carried through your hallway.
Dig barrier, backfilled. Steel apron buried and turned out. Nothing digs under it again, and by spring you cannot tell it is there.
Back to code depth. Usually deeper than what came out, because what came out had been packed flat for years.
Bird droppings down a chimney. A chimney is a shaft straight into the middle of the house, which is why whatever nests at the top ends up at the bottom.
Ducts done at the same time. Chewed runs get replaced rather than taped shut.
Bat tube on a bathroom fan vent. They leave through it and cannot get back in. It comes off once the count says the last one is out, and then the vent gets closed for good.
The whole space, not the corner you can see. Contamination does not stop where the walkboards do.
Gable vent, finished. Guard on the vent and the peak above it, painted to match.
Sealed and painted. Trap down, holes filled with 30 year sealant, sanded flush, repainted.
Ridge vent. Runs the peak and ventilates the attic. Left open it is a way in for mice, squirrels and bats.
Screened from the outside. Custom mesh with hidden attachments. You would have to be told where to look.
Roof vents guarded. Perforated metal over the fan housing, airflow unchanged.
Plumbing vent. Squirrels gnaw the soft lead collars until the roof leaks. This one is steel now.
Soffit return, closed. Clad and trimmed to match. It does not look much different than if we had done nothing.
The ugly picture. Steel flashing going in behind the trim. Not aluminum, because squirrels chew straight through that.

We had a bat in our bedroom in the middle of the night on a Saturday. The next day I called 8 different “emergency 24/7” wildlife removal companies but S-Tier was the only company willing to actually come out on a weekend to help us!

★★★★★Holly Schmitt

Upfront about costs and didn’t force me to fortify my house like a castle. They removed the raccoon, fixed the hole, cleaned up and were very responsive.

★★★★★Ross Williams

The only service in town who answered my 5 AM panic call when there was a bat in my home. The young man arrived promptly and the bat was gone within minutes.

★★★★★Kassidy Stumbo

We have used several wildlife control companies over the years for our downtown Lexington properties. This company is the Best, by far! This week, two houses: 10 raccoons, 1 possum!

★★★★★C. Gambill

As the owner of a local pest control business, having a company I can confidently refer clients to for wildlife issues is critical. You can trust in their ability to resolve stressful wildlife issues and repair the damage caused to your home.

★★★★★Trent Mobley

Not only do they humanely remove the wildlife from your home, but they also do excellent repair work to prevent reentry. He removed four raccoons from my attic and did an outstanding job repairing the entry hole in the siding. His prices are very fair.

Why we can beat our competition.

There are plenty of people in Lexington who will set a cage in your yard. There are very few who can finish the job.

The crew that inspects is the crew that repairs

Most outfits trap, then hand you a list and a contractor's number. We do the trapping, the structural repair, the cleanout and the insulation ourselves. Nothing sits waiting on somebody else's calendar, which is usually where the weeks go.

We take the jobs other companies turn down

Whole home exclusions, full attic remediation, duct work, dig barriers around a whole foundation. The big ones. A lot of companies here are set up to trap and nothing else, so those calls get passed on. Those are the ones we want.

Our guarantee runs longer

Seal the whole house and it is a lifetime limited warranty on the whole house, where we are able to offer it. If the budget means we only close certain spots, the guarantee covers those spots, and we tell you that before you sign rather than after something gets back in.

You get a call back the same day

Every time. If something is loose in the house we come now. For everything else we are usually on site inside the week, and there are around a dozen people on the roster to make that hold in the busy months.

A crew member working at a dormer on a shingled roof, roof pads laid out and a ladder up against the eave.
Three supervisors, all of them trained by EJ, and a roster of about a dozen behind them. Every job runs under one of the three.

The short answers.

What makes you different from the other guys?

Price is competitive, but that isn't really it. Most of our competition doesn't go through the same steps we do every single time. We inspect the whole property, we only trap the animal that's actually causing you trouble (a lot of outfits will charge you for whatever wanders into the cage), and we do a real repair when the trapping is done.

And what the law allows us to relocate, we relocate. That is not what most services do with an animal once it's in the cage.

Where do the animals actually go?

What the law allows us to relocate, we relocate. Kentucky is strict about where wildlife can be released, and rabies vector species, raccoons and skunks among them, cannot legally be moved out of the county they were caught in. We work inside those rules.

Ask anybody else you call the same question. It is the part of this job nobody volunteers, and the answer tells you a lot.

Can't I just handle this myself?

It isn't illegal to deal with it yourself if you own or rent the place. But we hear from folks every week who tried and ended up calling us a few days or a few weeks later anyway. Think about what a mother raccoon or a couple of squirrels can do to an attic in that time. Chewed wires, insulation packed down and soaked, feces everywhere, and now it costs more than it would have.

The other half of it is knowing how they got in and what else is about to fail. That might be an obvious torn gable vent, or it might be a little gap in the shingles at the bottom of a roof valley that's rotting the fascia board underneath. If you don't know those words, that's alright, we'll walk you through it.

Do you fix the damage too, or just trap?

We do the repairs, and we guarantee them, and all of our repair work is guaranteed. Seal the whole house and that is a lifetime limited warranty on the whole house, where we are able to offer it. If the budget means we only close certain spots, the guarantee covers those spots and not the rest, and we will tell you that up front rather than after. That's the part most people don't realize they're shopping for. Soffits, soffit vents, gable vents, roof vents, chimneys, foundation vents, ductwork and insulation, and dig barriers so nothing gets back under a shed or a deck again.
